My Involvement

Designing all print and digital elements for The Montgomery Summit involves a comprehensive approach that encompasses various stages and deliverables. The process begins with thorough planning and strategy, where the goals and objectives of the event are defined, alongside the target audience and brand messaging. Currently I am entering my 5th year acting as CD for this Summit.

Print Elements:

  • Stage Design: Creating eye-catching stage graphics, signage, and displays that effectively represent the brand and attract attendees. This includes backdrops, banners, and stand-up displays that are visually engaging and informative.

  • Promotional Materials: Designing brochures, flyers, and business cards that communicate key information about products or services. These materials should be well-branded and align with the overall theme of the trade show.

  • Merchandise: Developing branded giveaways and promotional items that leave a lasting impression on attendees, such as tote bags, pens, and notepads.

Digital Elements:

  • Website and Landing Pages: Creating dedicated web pages for the summit that include event details, registration information, and resources for attendees. These should be mobile-friendly and optimized for user experience.

  • Social Media Assets: Designing graphics and promotional content for social media platforms to generate buzz before, during, and after the event. This includes event countdowns, live updates, and post-event highlights.

  • Email Campaigns: Crafting email templates and promotional content to inform potential attendees about the summit and encourage registrations.

Logistics and Coordination: The design process also involves close collaboration with event planners, marketing teams, and vendors to ensure that all elements are produced on time and meet quality standards. This includes coordinating print production and shipping logistics to ensure all materials arrive at the venue promptly.

On-Site Execution: During the summit, I may be involved in setting up displays, ensuring that everything is aligned with the planned vision. Additionally, capturing high-quality photographs and videos of the booth and interactions can help in documenting the event for future marketing efforts.

Overall, the design of print and digital elements for a large-scale summit is a multifaceted process that requires creativity, organization, and attention to detail to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
