Hi there! I’m a multidisciplinary designer originally from the beautiful city of Seattle, now living in sunny Los Angeles with my wonderful wife, our energetic son, and our two adorable corgis. With over a decade of experience in design, I thrive on blending creativity across various fields, from graphic design and motion graphics to product design and UX.
My passion lies in crafting visually compelling stories that resonate with people, no matter the medium. I believe that great design not only looks good but also solves problems and enhances user experiences. Conor Hamill
I have over 10 years of experience working within design teams of all sizes. I’m passionate about creating simple systems and solutions and beautiful products that solve real problems. I’ve worked for large corporations, startups, and designed for legacy brands with over 100 years of brand-recognition on a national stage. When not at my desk, you can find me trying to achieve the greatest design challenge of my life, being the best father to my son I can possibly be with no brief, no timeline, and no guarantee of success.

• Led all design efforts for Marketing, Product, Sales, and Development teams, specifically focused on growing Product revenue YoY through both license deals, rev-share deals, as well as ideation presentations and roadmaps to SLT. Garnered interest from various board and C-Suite leaders, as well as incorporated cross-utilization with any outside contractors.
• Collaborated extensively with Marketing team on campaign projects (large batches of jobs under one parent goal/KPI) specifically focusing on growing sales leads through email drip-campaigns via Hubspot integrations, form fillouts in WordPress, and ABM campaigns to customize the outreach experience to be white-page level tailored to potential clients.
• Built a modular design system to help DS follow a consistent pattern based on research and data that teams could utilize to contribute to both internal and external communication. Applied that design system into a demo environment that is roadmapped to be public in Q2 2025, working with UX content, legal, and development teams to launch this new offering. This led to a decrease in the amount of inconsistent experiments and design to development time

• Conceptualized, designed, revised, and launched law firm websites on a 48 hour turnaround, averaging 2.5 fully developed websites a week for almost two years straight. Had a client approval rating on design of 97.8% upon first showing, for a total of 190-200 total sites in my tenure here.

• Lead editorial design team on web, email, print, and social platforms. Mentored junior designers working in the editorial department.
• Worked with writers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to outline and develope the best experiences, white-label reports, infographics, photography, illustration, and usercentric problem solving solutions from ideation to completion.
• Conducted usability testing, generating feedback loops, and iterating on client’s requests and best practices to maintain brand autonomy while designing under brand assets and guidelines of internal and external brands (Bank of America, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, NVCA, Nasdaq).

• Develop and maintained a creative vision for the Men’s Basketball brand and projects. Set the creative strategy for projects and ensured that the final product aligned with the team’s goals as well as the Athletics Department brand as a whole.
• Lead and managed a team of creative professionals, including photographers, videographers, social media coordinatiors, and designers. Provided guidance and inspiration to the team, and ensure that everyone was working towards the same vision
